Access to and use of the rvip1 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:
To create a Player Account, you must complete the rvip1 registration form in full, providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), a valid Indonesian mobile number, a unique email address, and a secure password. You must not use a pseudonym, nickname, or any information belonging to another person.
rvip1 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any point — including at registration, before processing the first withdrawal, and at random intervals thereafter. Standard KYC documentation includes a copy of your KTP and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by rvip1 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one Player Account on rvip1. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under different email addresses, via shared devices, or through accounts registered in the name of another person residing at the same address — is a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and any Real Money Balances or Bonus Funds within them forfeited without refund or appeal.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. rvip1 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Indonesian mobile number, which can be activated from your account security settings. You must notify rvip1 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. rvip1 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
A Player Account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 consecutive months. rvip1 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant accounts once inactivity is established. If the Real Money Balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. You will be notified by email at least 30 days before any inactivity fee is applied.
You may request closure of your Player Account at any time by contacting rvip1 customer support via live chat. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed according to standard timelines. Any active Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon closure. Real Money Balances will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 to 10 banking days. Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request immediate self-exclusion — see Clause 13.

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits vary by payment channel and are displayed on the rvip1 deposit page at the time of transaction. rvip1 reserves the right to apply source-of-funds checks to deposits that exceed certain thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Deposits are credited to the Player Account in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes from confirmed receipt of funds by rvip1's payment processor. rvip1 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, the Player should contact support via live chat with the transaction reference number.
Withdrawals are available to all Players whose accounts have completed the standard KYC verification process (Clause 2.3) and whose withdrawal request involves only Real Money Balance funds (i.e., funds that have met all applicable wagering requirements). Withdrawals of uncleared Bonus Funds will not be processed.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability and daily limits. rvip1 targets the following processing timelines for verified accounts:

Players who wish to withdraw amounts exceeding standard daily limits should contact support in advance. rvip1 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in tranches over multiple banking days, notifying the Player of the schedule in advance.
rvip1 does not charge any platform-side fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own inter-bank transfer fees, which are outside rvip1's control and the Player's responsibility.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by rvip1 are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, eligible games, game contribution percentages, maximum qualifying bet per spin or round, and the time limit within which the requirement must be met are all stated on the promotion page. Bets placed using Bonus Funds that exceed the stated maximum qualifying bet will not contribute to the wagering requirement and may result in forfeiture of the bonus.

Players found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonuses and any winnings derived from them forfeited, and their accounts may be permanently closed. rvip1's determination of bonus abuse is final.
By registering a Player Account, you consent to receiving promotional emails and messages from rvip1 to your registered contact details. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via your account preferences. Opting out of marketing does not affect essential account communications such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and security alerts. Players who have activated responsible gaming tools will not receive promotional communications from rvip1.
rvip1 reserves the right to add, remove, or temporarily suspend any game title at any time without prior notice, including for maintenance, regulatory compliance, or provider licence changes. If a game is removed while a Player holds a Bonus Fund that is restricted to that game, rvip1 will reassign the bonus to an equivalent game category or, at its discretion, convert it to a free balance at the same value without wagering requirements.
In the event of a software malfunction, server failure, or communication error that affects the outcome of a game round, rvip1 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. rvip1 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control, and no compensation beyond the return of the wagered stake will be offered for such events.
All sports bets on rvip1 are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body for the competition in question. For football markets including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures, results are taken from the final whistle of regulation time only, unless the market is specifically labelled as including extra time or penalty shootouts. rvip1 is committed to publishing the theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for every certified game in its library. Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to: full name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (KTP number), residential address, mobile number, email address, device identifiers, IP addresses, and transaction records. This data is used to operate the Platform, fulfil regulatory obligations (including KYC and AML compliance), personalise your experience, and communicate with you about your account and eligible promotions.
rvip1 applies 256-bit TLS encryption to all data in transit and uses industry-standard encryption for data at rest. Player data is never sold to third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rvip1, its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:
rvip1's total liability to any individual Player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rvip1's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
rvip1 reserves the right to suspend any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the Player is in breach of these Terms; the Player's account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity; verification documents have not been provided within a required timeframe; or suspension is required for regulatory compliance or security investigation.
rvip1 may permanently close a Player Account following a suspension investigation, upon confirmation of any material breach of these Terms. In the event of termination for breach, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real Money Balances that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 10 banking days of the termination decision.
You may close your Player Account at any time by contacting support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, you may request immediate self-exclusion, which takes effect within 24 hours and blocks all access to the Platform for the duration you select.
